“What the hell is going on?” Benson wondered as he exited his blue Ford Taurus. His first thought was to ask an officer, but then, he noticed Captain Morton’s large frame, about twenty yards away from him, to the east. His first thought was to ask an officer, but then, he noticed Captain Morton’s large frame, about twenty yards away from him, to the east. He was easily 6’3” but much older and heavier than Michael: 45, 241lbs and with a thick, graying mustache. “Never seen anything like it…” Morton’s hoarse voice added to Michael’s curiosity. “Come on, follow me.” He urged and the young detective quickened his pace. Despite his size, Morton could move very fast, but only in rare occasions. Several officers were all over the front yard of the 12,000ft2. warehouse. Two males were taking notes, twelve yards from the entrance and to the right. Three more were talking to each other and pointing at the interior every few seconds, while a young female officer was on the radio. Two, white power doors, one on each side of the 28ft-long and 22ft-tall door were shut. The warehouse was almost completely empty inside and it was clear it had not been used for a while. White paint was scraping off the walls on each side, the ceiling had not been painted at all and the wall across the two men was in terrible shape: There was hardly any paint left on it. Most of it was on the floor, either in specs or in larger chunks. However, nearly five away from that wall was a surgical bed with a naked body on it. The body belonged to an overweight man in his late fifties. He had little, grey hair on the back of his head, he was nearly 6ft tall and more than 220lbs. A pool of blood was to its left, at shoulder height and blood splatter was on the wall. What had shocked Morton earlier was now clear to Michael: Whoever had done that, had use a chainsaw or something similar to chop the body into smaller pieces. Most of the joints were cut roughly. Hands, elbows, shoulders, feet, knees and hips. Some stab wounds were on the victim’s throat and his heart. His bruised cheekbones were indicative of a fight and his knuckles were covered in blood. Minor abrasions on his forearms and a large insignia-like “P”, carved in his midsection. It sure is a great to start your week, ain’t it, Mike?” Morton hummed....

mystery raw and personal murder mystery mystery raw and personal book 1 Reviews
Not my type of writing.I didn't finish this story. It is not the type I enjoy. I do love murder mystery thrillers and I did like the first portion of the story. The writing was pretty good, though for as few pages as were in this story, there were quite a few errors. The mystery portion of the story showed promise, it has potential; that is were my enjoyment of it ended. The rest was unexpected and not enjoyed. I do not like explicit sexual scenes and especially not page after page after page for as long as it seemed to be the content. This is where the book ended for me.
ThisMystery with romance story book is outstanding and well written. I always like to read romance and mysterious story books. Though I had read various mysterious and thriller story books before, but this book is one of the best reads. Inside of this book the author has illustrated some romance plots and that made this story more enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this book to all my friends. If you love mystery and thriller, then this book will give you a new taste of reading. Must read.
