Loved this book. I read it for my Women and the Environment course and found it fascinating. Seager writes clearly and in an engaging manner--her book is well-researched and does a great job of pointing out the intersecting roots of environmental degradation. I only wish Seager would do an updated version, because the stats are 20 years old now.
