Eternally Bound is the fourth book in the Broken series and finalizes the long battle between Claire and Lucian. Claire grows stronger in her magic and her love for Hunter continues to grow. Claire has gained many allies in her fight against Lucian and the black magic cult.I really love this series and it is one of my all time favorite reads. All books in the Broken series are amazing reads and this is no exception. Eternally Bound is filled with action and romance. As Claire and Hunter consummate their relationship, Chad and Susan grow closer. I am so glad that the book has a happy ending for everyone, everyone but Lucian that is. I feel like in a lot of books not everyone gets their happy ending, but in the end Claire found love with Hunter and she didn't have to feel guilty for not being with Chad because he had found Susan. There is a lot of buildup to the final battle with Lucian. Along the way Claire learns more about her history as well as the history of her old and new found friends. She learns how their past lives and ancestors were somehow all involved in the death of Lucian. Not only does Claire's magic continue to grow but she becomes a Goddess, aiming to fulfill a long time prophecy, a prophecy that also involves her and Hunter's son.I recommend the Broken series to everyone. Even if you don't like magic, you should read the books anyway, because they are just that great! I'm also excited to be hosting a giveaway for Love You More, the first in the Broken series. M.L. Stephens has given me this wonderful opportunity to spread the word of the Broken series and to give 5 e-copies away! Good luck everyone, I hope you win and if you don't, please check out the purchase links above!~Layna

It's no big surprise when I say that this is another brilliant work by M.L. Stephens. It captivates the reader into a world that they can't control but feel every moment of. Every emotion felt by the character is transferred to the reader as well as images of the surroundings and of how the characters look as described by someone else. The time that Lucian gave Claire is approaching its end and neither Claire nor Hunter knows how to stop him yet. When Clyde tells them about the passageway to the tomb they both go down to discover that there really is a Greek goddess laying at rest there. With the help of some of Claire's loved ones, Hecate comes back to get the payment which is due to her...Lucian's soul.Things are revealed that would anyone who is following the series. Not everyone is who they appear to be on the outside and everyone has a story that they don't want to tell anyone. Not to mention in some way each person is connected to the great Fontaine mystery in a way that they never knew. Of course everyone knows that Claire is the recycled spirit of Claire who was Lucian's daughter and Ella is her half sister, but what do Susan, Reed, and Chad have to do with what happened so many years ago. As well as how Nate is involved not only by who he is named after but the promise that his family made to Claire's family. A promise that bound him to the land which the plantation resides on.All is well that ends well and Hunter and Claire's future could start looking up after everything that they've been through. Go read Eternally Bound to find out the secrets that are revealed...but if you haven't read book 1-3 then go pick those up and read them first. I promise that as soon as you get into the story you are sucked into a world that doesn't easily leave you.

I think I might have read the whole series in one sitting if I could have stayed awake for it. That being said this book was as good as the rest in this series, I could not put it down. I really felt like I was part of the story, M.L. Stephens seems to have away with words that just pulls you into her story. I laughed, I cried and I got mad at the characters from time to time but that is what makes a great book!

Another great book in this wonderful series! I had to once again stay up late to finish it. I loved it and the surprises about Claire and the changes that happen? Genius! Seriously, a great book. Everyone needs to read them.

Very interesting that M.L. Stephens chose to open this book by showing us Lucian's last day of life as a sort of Prologue. It answers a lot of questions and further develops his character. As she's known to do, M.L. Stephens has many unexpected twists in store for readers with this addition to her Broken series. A big one is hinted at in the first chapter. The character are always full of life. And Claire and Hunter's witty banter continues.Interesting mythologies were woven into this story to further enhance the plot. I always enjoy when an author crafts the mythologies of their stories with references to current myths.I'm happy that Claire got to see her friends again and learned that Mason is happy. That was a sweet touch. The final battle holds many surprises as well. Wow! I didn't see a lot of things coming and I'm good at reading between the lines. Cute author's note at the end too.To sum it up: Well done M.L. Stephens.
